COURSE OVERVIEW

Everything stands still until a sale is made. Brian Tracy posits that ‘‘Number one reason businesses succeed is high sales. Number one reason businesses fail is low sales.’’ This statement is true anywhere in the world because sales is the lifeblood of business. Without sales, businesses die!

No sales, no business, is a fundamental fact of commerce across the globe. However, Sales is often one of the most misunderstood aspect of business, despite its obvious and enormous importance. This course will provide both new and experienced Sales Professionals with theoretical and practical skills needed to succeed in the World of Sales. Emphasis will be on personal selling techniques and skills, understanding the market environment, conducting operational sales planning and developing result oriented selling skills.

In this course you will learn basic sales strategies and tactics as well as how sales organizations work. You also learn techniques used by successful professionals to sell. You will understand how a modern sales structure works and the different roles that make it function effectively.
