
Vincent Onodugo, is a Professor of Management and past Dean, Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He is an alumnus of University of Port-Harcourt, University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Haggai Leadership Institute, Maui, Hawaii, USA. He is an organisation and human development consultant and researcher of over twenty years experience. He has over 60 peer reviewed publications in national and international journals. He is a peer reviewer in Cities and Heliyon (published by Elsevier) and Sage Open (published by Sage) journals among others. He is currently the Editor-in Chief of Nigerian Journal of Management Research (NJMR). He has attended over 100 workshops and conferences and presented over 300 papers in the process. He has conducted research supervised by Institute of Development Studies, Geneva. He has consulted for the World Bank, UNIDO, PATHS, USAID MARKET, SPARC, DFID, USAID, UNICEF, EU, AFRODAD, GLOBIM, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and National Planning Commission.
Onodugo is an Associate Research Fellow of African Institute for Applied Economics (now Afriheritage Institution), Enugu and Institute of Development Studies of the University of Nigeria. He is also a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Management, Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Fellow of Institute of Industrial Administration and Member, Mandatory Continuous Professional Education Committee (MCPE) of ICAN. He holds a Master’s and Doctorate degrees in the field of Management. He is a certified SAP and Debt Management Consultant.
He is currently working on two key areas: Entrepreneurship Education and employment generation among the youths; and Exploration of the factors responsible for the high mortality of family-owned businesses in Nigeria.
